The studies of the Iraqi constitutional affairs - theoretical aspects of the constitution or the constitutional system - were not in the focus of researchers and studies due to its relation to the regime, which is a delicate issue throughout the world, especially in the developing countries.

Therefore, Pr. Eljedda wrote five studies in the Iraqi constitutional affairs and institutions which are found nowadays or will be in the future on basis of 1990 constitution project. The book is available only in Arabic.
